I was one of the first mortgage professionals to fully utilize the technology of artificial intelligence through Fannie Mae's original testing of this technology.  Remaining constantly aware of the latest advances in underwriting and mortgage guidelines often results in the easing and streamlining of mortgage information between the initial application and closing.
