I am a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, and as a Loan Officer I strive to find the best loan for you. I will take the time to get to know you, and identify your financing needs and future plans as it will relate to your mortgage. While helping you with your loan, I will also guide you through the loan process. My clients know they can count on me to efficiently and professionally handle every aspect of your loan.
Maria Fitz Randolph is my Processor. She is the guide for those many questions like which pay stubs and bank statements. Maria also helps borrowers get through the document maze. She stays on top of the file and follows up on needed items, leaving no stones unturned. She processes the loan preparing it with a keen eye, making sure everything the underwriter needs is complete.
Charla Taylor is my Loan Coordinator Specialist.  She will be the one keeping everyone and everything in sync.  She'll work with us assisting to collect all required information including your appraisal, insurance and title information.   She'll help us coordinate your closing and be sure Maria has everything she needs to move forward for a perfectly smooth loan approval. 
Frances Newberry  She is responsible for preparing the loan package for closing.  She'll be getting the loan package to the Attorney’s office and reviewing the HUD to be sure  everything is as needed and correct, before the HUD is disbursed to all parties involved with the transaction.
Rickey, the Mortgage Dog, is who we just need around to balance things out. You will see him (maybe even hear him) chime in on important correspondences.
